With the Cboy Towel Radiator, CCE introduces a new wave of fantastic, flexible heating systems onto the interior design market. Elegant

The Cboy Towel Radiator is powerful enough to heat a room and is just as elegant as a beautifully designed towel radiator:

  • no visible heating elements
  • a very thin radiator
  • stylish, contemporary, discreet design
  • ideal for use in the bathroom or hallway because of its ‘mirror-look’
  • available in varying sizes

Quality

Only materials of the highest quality are used in the production of the Cboy Towel Radiator. The Cboy Towel Radiator also radiates a uniform heat. Radiant heat is felt to be a more ‘natural’ source of heat (like the sun).

Finish

You can choose from the gleaming mirror or the ebony finish. The Cboy Towel Radiator is perfect, thanks to the breathtaking design of the chrome cover plates. The Cboy Towel Radiator can be fitted both vertically and horizontally.

All screws and cables are hidden behind the chrome cover plates. These plates also keep all the radiator’s working elements hidden from view.

Installation

Installing the Cboy Towel Radiator is child’s play. There’s no need to call in a professional, so you save on installation costs. The Cboy Towel Radiator is incredibly thin. The two layers of glass are barely 15 mm thick. The whole radiator can be installed up to a distance of 80 mm from the wall (without the bar for a towel).

Each radiator has a bar on which you can hang a towel. No tools are needed to fit this accessory. The rubber grip can be secured quickly and easily. You can hang a towel on the bar with ease.

The version with thermostatic control lets you set the ambient temperature to the desired value. A version without control is also available, which can simply be switched on and off at the socket.

Non-variable

The non-variable models are set to a certain temperature in the factory and can only be switched on and off. They operate at a temperature of 70°C - a much lower value than the temperature of a normal domestic radiator.

Variable: infra-red temperature controller with FM radio waves

The variable radiators operate with a temperature controller mounted in the room. The desired temperature can be set on the controller.

Operating principle of the Cboy Towel Radiator

The Cboy Towel Radiator consists of two toughened glass plates in safety glass attached to one another.

  • The inner glass plate is heated as soon as the radiator is switched on, transfers the heat to the second glass plate while radiating and generally distributing the heat.
  • The outer glass plate, the visible decorative part of the Cboy Towel Radiator, is made from enamelled safety glass and is available in various colours.

Durable

  • Ten-year guarantee on materials used (2 years on electronic components).
  • CE-conformity certificate - meets all European standards.
  • High level of quality control: thermal images are taken of each radiator that comes off the production line to check whether the heat is being distributed evenly over the entire glass surface!
  • High product safety thanks to the use of laminated toughened glass.
  • Careful sealing of the glass with silicone for optimum protection against splashes and moisture.
  • Low temperatures on the surface (< 70°C) for safe use of the radiator.

The Cboy Towel Radiator underwent several tests:

  • CE electrical test
  • Shock-resistance certificate
  • IP46 test certificate for protection against splashes

You will also receive the CE conformity certificate from the manufacturer, which indicates that the Cboy Towel Radiator meets all required European standards.
